We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to alter or cancel any existing appointments.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you may be liable to pay the full cost of your appointment.
If you do not attend your appointment you may be liable to pay the full cost of the appointment before receiving further treatment.
We appreciate that sometimes things happen that are completely beyond your control and this may cause you to miss your appointment.
For this reason, enforcement of our cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of your therapist.
