Pilates Classes at Diss Chiropractic Clinic

Pilates is a gentle yet highly effective way to strengthen your body, improve mobility and build long-term resilience. At Diss Chiropractic Clinic, our pilates classes are designed to support people of all ages and abilities, whether you are managing ongoing aches and pains, recovering from injury or simply looking to move with more confidence.

Unlike high-impact exercise, pilates focuses on controlled movement, breathing and body awareness. This makes it an ideal option for anyone experiencing back pain, stiffness, or general weakness. Through our pilates classes we aim to help patients build strength and develop confidence through a wide range of movements.
